Depot and Preparation of Gypsum
At this stage, high quality gypsum enters the factory depot after diagnosis and approval of the level of its purity by the quality control unit. The production process begins with the crushing operation of the stones and the gypsum stones are crushed in a hammer mill or crusher until the obtained grains reach a suitable and standard size. The production process begins with crushing gypsum. The gypsum stones are crushed in a hammer mill or crusher until the obtained grains reach a suitable and standard size. The crushed grains are then sieved and are separated according to size and sent to the kiln.
Heating Gypsum Grains
The second stage is the heating of gypsum grains process, which is done by kilns. Evaporation of all chemical water or part of the chemical water of aqueous calcium sulfate is the main purpose of the heating operation. If the factory is equipped with a two-kiln firing system, the lumps or large pieces are dehydrated in the Hibern furnace at a certain temperature under heat from above, and the soft parts or gypsum soil in the Leubren furnace is baked by receiving heat from below. Finally, the product of the two furnaces are mixed together.
Grinding and Granulation Gtage
At this stage, the gypsum grains heated in the previous stage are softened by a hammer mill and turned into powder and sieved again for granulation. Large particles that remain on the sieve are returned to the mill to repeat the cycle.
Packing and Loading
After grinding and granulation, the product is packed in bags of different weights and transported to the target market by trucks. It should be noted that different types of gypsum with different quality and characteristics are offered in different packages and different prices.
